If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your tracking number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If you're not satisfied with your package, please contact Papa Mayi within 14 days of receipt. Returns are subject to evaluation.
